Startup Dialog box

After setting the startup option, whenever I started the application I see
the Startup Dialog Box, I do not want to see the Startup Dialog Box, will
anybody help me in this regard.

The following is the process to turn off the Startup dialog box in Access
2000 - details may differ somewhat in other versions ...

Open Microsoft Access. Open any database. From the Tools menu, select
Options. In the Options dialog box, select the View tab if it is not already
selected. Click the Startup dialog box check box so that it is unchecked.
Click OK.
