Startup error message

When I start Windows XP Professional I get an error message two times. The
same message that I have to close each time to continue starting the computer.

Error msg is as follows:

[.shellclassinfo]
LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\System32\shell32.dll,-21787

I recently installed a new 250gig hard drive and installed XP Pro and all of
my programs from scratch.

I am using a HP S7600N computer

You might get a better response if you post in a newsgroup dedicated to
WinXP--not in a forum dedicated to excel.
