Startup Error Word 2000 on XP Home

Just recently when I start up Word I receive a Visual Basic Error that says "Object Variable to With block variable not set" and when I hit ok Word starts with no toolbar. Any ideas about how to correct this?

Hi Ted,

Sounds like you have a malfunctioning macro running when Word starts.
Take a look at the Global Templates section in this article:
