Been getting various errors when trying to start Outlook
2003 with Windows XP. Sometimes, it says there's a
problem and asks if I want to open in Safe Mode--
sometimes opening in Safe Mode works, other times the
program closes. Sometimes, Outlook starts to open and
then closes before it finishes opening. Sometimes when
it closes after these problems, it offers to send a
message to Microsoft. If I try to send the message, it
never completes the sending process. If I don't send the
message, Outlook tries to open again, closes before it
finishes opening, and offers to send message to
Microsoft -- this becomes an endless loop. I've run
viruscan + spyware software but they found nothing.
Tried restoring computer to time before problem existed
but problems still occurred. Any suggestions?
