In Tools, Start Up, I have the following all unchecked
Allow Full Menus
Allow Default Shortcut Menus
Display database Window
Display Status Bar
Allow Built-in toolbars
Allow Toolbar/Menu Changes
When go to open database it first pulls up the access default toolbars and
menu, then turns these off and pull up the custom menu and toolbar (albiet
quickly)
This creates an annoying flicker at startup. Is there anyway to get rid of
this?
