StartUp Menu re-enable

I've looked high and low but can not find out how to re-enable the "Allow
full menus" option once it has been set.

Did you *really* look high and low? This is asked and aswered at least
weekly in these groups.


Hold the shift key down while you open the file. That bypasses all startup
options.

Yes, I did look, but as with all thing techy, you need to know the techy
terms to use in the search!!! ;)
