Startup Options

I accidentally unchecked the options that made most of my
toolbars go away. Just wondering if anybody knew how I can
get those toolbars back? I appreciate any suggestions.

Hold the shiftkey down while you open the database. That
will bypass any settings in Startup, and also an autoexec
macro.
