This is really a Windows question and should be asked in a Windows
newsgroup, but right-click on the Start button, click "Open" (or "Open All
Users, if you have more than one user on your PC and want it to start for
all users), double-click "Programs", double-click "Startup", then
right-click the Outlook Icon on your desktop, drag it to the open Explorer
window and let the button go. Choose "Create Shortcut Here". Close the
Explorer window. The next time you log in, Outlook will start
automatically. This is how you automatically start ANY program, not just
Outlook. You put a shortcut to it in the Startup program group.
