Stationary for Outlook e-mail

I have found some e-mail stationary that I would like to use in Outlook...
when I click on it on my desktop it tells me how to use it in Outlook Express. How do I get the stationary format into Outlook? In other words, where/what file is Outlook stationary stored in...can I just move it to that file and then use it???
