Stationery; Signatures; Inserted Pics and Gifs won't go thru

HI everyone.....my stationery, inserted signatures and pictures etc. won't
go thru to recipient anymore.
I have adjusted my new Norton Antivirus to disable and have reloaded Outlook
Express 6 but my recipient still cannot see it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
