Stationery- Templates

In Outlook, when I go to Tools - Options- Mail Format - Stationery and Fons
- Personal Stationery, it says "Themes are not installed". I have tried to
do everything and cannot figure out how to install it. Please help.

did you install outlook as part of office or standalone?
