We have a user in our office that is using Outlook 2000. When ever she tries
to send messages to a certain account, she gets a Delivery Status
Notification messages saying "Action: Failed; Status: 5.6.5 (conversion
failed)". We are running Eudora Worldmail Server 2.0 as our mail server.
What would be causing this? Is there a setting in Outlook that needs to be
changed?
