Status Manager---- 2003???

I am using MSP2003 but would like to utilize the capabilities of a MSP2007
Status Manager. Is there a was to set this up in 2003?

No, this is not possible. To change the Manager of the project in 2003, you
must use the Collaborate - Publish - Republish Assignments functionality.
