Status of olap cube is hanging

I'm very very new to this and I hope I'm using the right
terminology. The OLAP cube has been building for the last
24 hours and it still saying "The cube is currently being
built", the database size is only 3 GB. The DBA processed
the cube from the Service Manager and it took about 5
minutes, however, the PWA is still building. Also before
he manually processed the cube, it indicated the last time
it was successfully processed was 10/11 but we clearly
remember the successful rebuilt date that was indicated on
PWA was 10/13.

Has anybody seen this and know what the issue(s) are?

This is a clear indication that you're not configured correctly. Now to
figure out what you missed:

The most likely misses:

Did you migrate the repository?
Did you add users to cube roles?

We had to re-run the complus utility to get the OLAP cube
to rebuild properly through PWA versus having a DBA do it
manually.
