Status Report Error

MSPS 2003
It looks like users are encountering session timeout errors when submitting
their Status Reports...

Why does the app not recognize all the keystrokes when completing the status
report in order to keep the session alive?

Can I extend the session timeout anywhere?

Take a look at:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/233477
also be aware that if you lengthen the timeout and you have a lot of abandon
sessions you might run out of outbound ports.
