Status Report Recurrence

Our timesheet submission interval is set up for twice every monthly
(1st and 15th). Is there anyway to get the Status Report intervals to
coincide? I've played around with this for a while with no success.
Am I missing something or is this just another of the many poorly
thought out features in MS Project Server? You would think that
someone would have considered that a company would want status reports
on the same schedule as timesheets and given you the option to set it
up that way.

There is no way to force Status Report submission periods to coordinate with
timesheet reporting periods. Sorry.

Although it's not strictly tied to your timesheet reporting periods have you tried setting up status reporting for every other week?

In my opinion this is almost better than the 1st and the 15th because you can select days of the week with this option rather than specific dates that may or may not be a business day.

Rather than committing to maintain an project server timesheet
application for the rest of your life, why not install the free one
from http://journyx.com/newsg?
It's web-based, tracks time, expenses and mileage - automates payroll,
billing and project management, and it's free. It integrates with
project server too.

Rather than spamming the news groups, why not offer some help?
