Status Report Reminders

I am using MS Project Server 2003.

I thought I had the reminders set up for my status reports but apparently I
am wrong. I set up the reminder service in the Notification and Reminder. I
also know that the e-mail is working as I have tested that. But when I
create a Status Report it doesn't seen an e-mail.

Now I saw a tool on Microsoft's sight, Customizing Microsoft Project Server
E-mail Notifications and Reminders but it says it is for Project 2002.

Any idea's?
