Status report

I created a status report that my team responds to on a
weekly basis. This works out great, however, I will be
going on vacation for 2 weeks. Is there any way for
another team member to access my status reports in order
to review and distribute them while I am on vacation? So
far, I have only found that I can give the co-worker my
username & password to log onto Project Server to access
them under my identity. Any way to have them access it
under their identity?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

To the best of my knowledge, I do not believe there is any way to
temporarily transfer ownership of a Status Report request to someone else
while you are away. Therefore, I believe the best you can do is to either
allow your co-worker to log in as you, or you can wait until you get back
from your vacation to receive the Status Report updates. Hope this helps.

Brian :

I got two more options for you.

1. You can inform your team to mark copy to your peer,
while submitting the status report. And, stop copying,
when your back in office.

The only draw-back of this optons, i see is that status
report compilation feature would not be available to your
peer, who gets copy of the status report only.

2. Let your peer create a parrallel status report for your
team to report and you can terminate yours. You can re-
create as you comback to office.

My personal choice could be first one, since your in the
loop and will cause minimal disturbance to all.

Hope this Help !! Wish you a wonderful vacation.
