Status Reports administrative tools

My manager has created a new status report and sent to his team but it
does not show up for any of us. I'm sure he's done it correctly as we
have been using the status report feature for quite a while with no
issues. He is offsite and has directed me as the administrator to fix
the problem. I am unaware of any way to fix this as the administrator
without being on his machine. Is there a way to fix a status report in
the admin tools? Please HELP.

I can't imagine what the manager did to create this issue, but ultimately,
he is the only one who can solve the problem. There is no Admin tool that
can fix it.

Thanks Dale. Once I had his password I was able to log in as him and
fix the problem. He clicked "Save" and not "send". Oops.
