Status Reports - template format used for hard copies

Some of our users print hard copies of the status reports, but are disappointed because there is not any formatting capabilities for adding borders, shading, etc. Aside from copying and pasting to an external report template, has anyone been able to provide a good solution?

Kelly:

Use the zoom button on the toolbar to open the status report in its own
window, then do a file > Save As to save the status report in HTML format,
which you can then edit in Word.
