When sending a new email, I do not have a lot of the functions in the status
bars highlighted (they are in the gray mode and not useable). For example on
the "Message Tab" both the clipboard and basic text sections are unusable? On
the "Format Text" tab all are unusable. How do I set these up so that I can
use them? Thank You.
