status updates remain in quque of creator

Two questions PLEASE:
1. As system admin, a person sets up all the projects, even when the manager
takes ownership, some of the tasks still remain in the Update queque for the
system admin. How can this be eliminated?

Queues are not per-person... I'm not sure what you're trying to ask. Do
you mean that there is a job in the Queue that was submitted by the system
admin and it has not yet been processed?

when a project admin sets up a project it remains in their Update page in Web
Access even when the manager takes ownership.

Can you also tell me if a manager become Inactive, where do their project
updates go to until a new manager is assigned.

Oh, my mistake. I thought you were talking about the Queue System. I
didn't realize you were asking about the Task Updates. Sorry, I don't have
expertise in this area. Hopefully someone else can jump in here and help.
