Still can not get my emails in outbox to send

Hello, Can anyone help me before I throw the laptop out the window??? My
emails automatically go into outbox. I have tried all the advice given in
other questions and still no good. Help!!!

Hi Meagan,your Outlook version?POP3 account? Have you ever tried using the
Repair Tool to fix your personal folders? If that doesn't work,try creating
a new PST file and scrapping the old one.

So are the following going to remain a secret?
- Error message during the send operation?
- Version of Outlook?
- OS version?
- Type of e-mail account (SMTP, Exchange) used during the send
operation in Outlook?
- If Outlook is configured to send immediately?
- If Outlook is configured to automatically poll or it is disabled and
you have to do manual polls?
- If you have dial-up or always on connection to your outbound mail
server?
- If dial-up, is it configured to connect when a connection request is
made?
- If Outlook is configured to start and stay in offline mode (see File
menu)?
