STILL cannot install Office 2003!!!

Thanks for the help, but it still "rollsback" the
installation when it's writing registry values. It
specifically looks for IMAIL and MSFS which are not in my
resgistry.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/Run/...and
my resgistry stops there...any ideas?

I am having the same problem with a different registery
key. If you get a solution, please let me know. I hope
there is a way to restore the registry value that is gone.

I used the registry editor to look at that register and it
was greyed out. If you get an answer, please let me
know. Thanks and good luck.
