Still can't receive e-mails

Hello again, i deleted then created my account again, when i Test Account
Settings, i'm getting error messages saying

Send test e-mail message error,
Log onto incoming server(POP3) error,

Help!!!

Hi,
have you checked your POP3 Server settings?
Seemed to be a wrong POP3
Or wrong password or Username
