Still corrupt

I copied a file from A CD back to the hard drive, the problem was i put the file on Floppy disk then put it on CD then copied it back to the HD, but now it comes up with the error:

Document cannot open and then give suggestions of check this and check that and check file open and check something, but the document wont open becuase of this error and i got rid of the read-only check mark but it didnt work!

Please help,

It is corrupt: probably on the floppy media. See

So how do i recover it now? I now have the file corrupted on CD disc and i sent it to the harddrive to see if i could fix it but on the harddrive it is still corrupted is it possible to recover it and if so how?

Hello i cannot understand how to do this, you have shown me the website and under the section of how to recover it tells me to open the document, which i cannot do in the first place and then once open convert to a web page, how do i do so if the document wont open? It comes up with the error when i click on it then doesnt open at all!

Hello yes i did try open and repair but this didnt work! How else could i fix it? How can i convert it if it wont open?
