Still Exp. Issue Using Open Project in PWA after advice

I am still having the same problem opening projects
button in Project center after taking everyone's advice
including:

1) Ensuring that the account in Project Pro exactly
matches the URL as for PWA using Enterprise Options,
Tools, Microsoft
Project Server Accounts

2) Made the account default in Project Pro

3) Made sure the URL was the domain name/real Project
Server name. We are not using http://localhost.

4) We have Microsoft Project Professional 2002 installed.

5) Microsoft Project Professional is closed

Mark, in your help you also mentioned: "If you are
unable to start Project with the correct account, contact
your server administrator to make sure that the
enterprise features have been enabled on the
Project Server." We have no problem opening Project
Professional Account just using the Open In Project
Professional button under Project Center. Can you be
specific on which enterprise feature need to be enabled.

If anyone could give me any additional steps that I could
try I would greatly appreciate it.
