Still having MS Outlook sending issues

On 10-3-09 I postedLEASE, I have had this product for 1 year and have the
same issue before but did not write down the resolution. Just "out of the
blue" MS Outlook is sending messages 1 of 2 or 1 of 7 or 1 or 1 all the time
and there is nothing there. I see this is a problem for others but I do not
see a solution
posted, maybe I am missing it. If no one has a solution, can someone direct
me how to uninstall and reinstall my Outlook without losing my saved folders,
contacts and information? Is there a way to do this? I appreciate in
advance any help

I received an answer from Peter " Have you checked if it is sending read
receipts? and gave me a website to look at

but.... that did not help and the computer is not sending read receipts.

Any other suggestions.... I'm desperate, I can't send any emails now.

Have you tried Help/Detect/Repair or Office Diagnostics if Outlook 2007
