Still having Outlook performance problems

I need some help to speed up my Outlook 2002 SP 2
program. When I navigate around within Outlook, there
seems to be a 5 second delay for everything. My account
was over 700megs but I cleaned it up to under 60 megs
thinking that would help and nothing changed. "Enable
Instant Messaging in Microsoft Outlook" is not selected.
