Still having problems

Having really big problems getting access to total the
billable hours and the unbillable hours together for
employee time cards. can someone help me.
the formula is
=[Time Cards Subform].Form!BillableHours+[Time Cards
Subform].Form![UnBillable Hours]

whats wrong with it???

I believe you need to reference the main form prior to the
subform:
Me!Subform1.Form!ControlName
