The page will never print without problems, such as shrinking-to-fit.
The page is 1037pixels wide. To print on portrait paper it needs to be
at most 620px wide, for landscape at most 840px.
The navigation is a little over 100px, wide, so hiding the navigation
from the printer will not do enough. To print at full size you will
have to redign the page to fit in the maximum width - 620px for
portrait, 840px for landscape.
The biggest culprit in the width setting stakes is the layout table -
width="1037". Make this width="620" and no further action will be
needed - except fitting your content into a much narrower space. Also
remove the height attributes from the tables. This is invalid HTML and
may cause problems.
With a redesign, using <divs> for layout instead of a table, you can
remove the navigation with a styleshhet aimed at Print (previous posts
have pointed how to do this), leaving the 620px/840px for content.
