Depending on what you want to do, Visio 2007 has a workflow stencil. Or are
you looking for thinks like stock racks and floorplans?

Racks & floorplans wher I can label the racks and shelves within racks
(locations).
We are consolidating warehouses with millions of parts. Several people
working on the process and I would like to give them a visual representation
of their layout to help. Engineering dept doesn't have time to put in
autocad.

With a million items, I would keep things very generic and use rectangles.
Use a general floor layout to get an overview of the shelves/racks and a
semi detailed frontal view for the shelves. Depending on your stock you may
get several frontal view per page. You can use a database/Excel to stor ethe
detail information and use some simple automation to place the items on the
shelf.
