Whenever I am in a Word document that has pictures in it,
my computer crashes and gives me the blue screen. At
first the error reporting told me to update my video card
driver, which I did. However, it still crashes. Now I
am told by windows error reporting that a device driver
needs updated but it will not tell me which one. I have
the same items on my computer that I did 6 months ago and
it just now started to crash. I am probably going to
lose everything if I do not get this resolved.
Here is the error message:
Stop 0x00000076 Process_has_locked_pages
