stop a copy of outgoing e-mail being sent to back to sender

Whenever I send an e-mail I get a copy of that e-mail in my Inbox . How do I disable this ?

Are you sure it is Inbox and not Sent Items?

Do you have a rule set up that needs to be modified?

No it shows up in my inbox.....I changed some settings yesterday and that is when it started doing it...........and I can't for the life of me figure out what I have done.
I have spent hours going thru every option under tools to see where I might have selected something......any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated !
