stop a file from being deleted but let it be modified by any1?

I have document that i am using as a template form for many colleagues is
there a way of protecting this document so it CANT be deleted but have it so
it can be accessed and modified by anyone???????

You can do two things:

(1) Save the file as a PowerPoint Template (*.pot). That way, when someone
double-clicks on the file, they will be taken to a new document based on
your template.

(2) Set the file to Read-Only (from Windows right-click on the file, choose
properties, and check Read Only).
