Stop Adding Whitespace to the right

I was wondering if there is a way to stop ON from giving me more space as I
write to the right side of the "paper."

You can go to 'page setup' (File --> Page Setup) and make the onenote paper
size an 8.5 X 11 (or whatever you want). That will create a margin, like
it's a real sheet of paper.
