stop alias translation

Hi all
Problem

User Bob has a primary e-mail address of [email protected]
user Bob also has an alias of [email protected]

If a user on the lan sends an e-mail to [email protected] , bob gets it and it
is displayed as to: [email protected]

but if an external user sends mail to [email protected] , bob gets it as to: Bob
if you check the smtp header of the e-mail it still contains the
[email protected]

I need outlook/Exchange to not translate the alias ?

Using Exchage server 2003 and Outlook 2003

Since the address is part of his Exchange mailbox, it will always resolve to
the default/display name. See if http://www.ivasoft.biz/whichaddress.shtml
helps. Or you can move the Sales address to a group mailbox/mail-enabled
public folder....
