Stop ALL Sharing

How can I set up Excel and/or Outlook so that all sharing features and functions are permanently disabled? I don't use these tools and don't want all the messages and toolbars popping up. Anyone got any ideas?

message boxes will only pop up if you have allowed sharing. Otherwise
you won't see these pop ups
