stop capital letters at the beginnig of every line?

when composing emails every line defaults to start with a capital letter
regardless of where I am in a sentence. How do I stop this?

Don't press Enter at the and of the line but let it break automatically.
If you really want to disable the option. You can find it in the AutoCorrect
setings.

I've tried autocorrect with no answers to the problem there. Which boxes need

to be unchecked? All the ones I've tried don't solove the probelem either in
Outlook or in Word.
