stop cursor from going through hidden/grouped rows in excel 2002.

Anyone know of a way to stop the cursor from scrolling
through hidden or grouped rows in excel 2002? Only
happens when moving down through a worksheet (on the way
up the cursor skips over hidden or grouped rows). Thanks.
