Double-lines (not a double-underline) are being inserted between paragraphs. (These double-lines extend from the left margin to the right margin of the document).
When I put the cursor on the row above the double-line and press the down-arrow key, the cursor "skips over" the double-line. As a result, I can't select or delete the double-line.
How do I stop the double-lines from being inserted?
