stop e-mail linking or fetch

ok, a junk e-mail comes in but does not contain all
the "pictures" and such, so the e-mail goes online
and "fill in the blanks"
i.e. <A HREF=3D"http://XXX.com/moreinfo.php?&

so , how do i stop this junk email from going online
to download more junk.
