my office picture manager seems to pick up and store random photos from
places i have been on internet.

That could be troublesome if your company does not allow surfing on company
computers.

If you saved the random pictures on your hard drive then the Picture Manager will
find them. Right-click the folder with the images, properties, click hidden.
