Stop Outlook from launching automatically

How do I turn off the automatic launching of Outlook when my PC is started? I
found how to start this process but not how to stop it. It was set up this
way when I purchased my computer. Microsoft Office 2003 Outlook.

In your Startup Group, is there a shortcut to Outlook? If so, delete the
shortcut.
