Yes you can use Word to type one of those types of letters.

Thanks for your attempt at dodging my question, but I found what I was
looking for it is called a letter of "cease and desist". I agree that
creditors have the right to collect a debt but they don't have the right to
harass, decieve and threathen.

When the bills are being paid they don't have the right to harass and try to
collect more than what is owed. You and the other obnoxious person must work
