How do I stop OneNote from printing the page name / document header on a seperate page?
I cannot see a "Print page header on a separate page check box" in print preview. I don't want to DELETE the page name, only stop it from printing.
According to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/onenote-help/print-notes-HP001112523.aspx I should have the following option but for the life of me I cannot see it!
2. In the Print Preview and Settings dialog box, do any of the following:
