What is displayed is not necessarily what is stored in the cell and
what is used in calculations.

Try Format/Cells/Number/Percentage and setting 1 decimal place. Do
you see 7.5% now?

Even if 8% is displayed, the value in the cell (7.5%) will be used
in calculations.
