stop text from printing in a form

I've made a form using word, now I am trying to print the form on a dot
matrix without printing the exsisting data that makes up the form. I also
want to be able to all the information which should be printed in the reports.

On the Print tab of Tools | Options, check the box for "Print data only for
forms."

If you used form fields for your form then go to Tools/Options/Print
and turn on "Print data only for forms".
