When I open any MS Office Program, a smaller window subsequently opens which
says in the middle "Please wait while the wizard initialises" which it never
does, it hangs there, If I close the window, 95% of the menu options are
faded out and in Word it says that the document is locked for editing, I
don't know what's causing this.
