stop trying to resend to bad email address

I mistakenly sent a message to a bad email address and of course it was
unable to be delivered. Now I keep getting a message stating; "Delivery is
delayed to these recipients or distribution lists: (the bad email address)
Subject: This message has not yet been delivered. Microsoft Exchange will
continue to try delivering the message on your behalf." How can I make it
stop?! The message is no longer in my outbox nor sent items. I have my email
on blackberry and pc.

That is your mail server trying to deliver the e-mail that you told it to
deliver. It cannot establish a mail session with the recipient's mail
server so it keeps retrying. How many times your sending mail server will
retry and over how many days is configured by whomever is the admin for that
mail server. Typically you get one warning message when your sending mail
server can't deliver you message in the first couple of tries, then you
don't hear anything for a day or two while your server continues retrying,
and then days later you get a message from your mail server declaring that
it could not deliver your e-mail (if the receiving mail server continued to
be unresponsive that entire time).
